RAPID PROTOTYPING MANUFACTURING

The following step consists in project prototype production. Thanks to technological innovation in rapid prototyping (stereolithography, sinterization, 3D milling machine) you can get in short time model of any component in scale 1:1.
This makes possible an advanced estimation of mould and other custom made costs. During this phase it is possible to modify product characteristics in order to improve it. The making of samples and pre-production for catalogues or fairs result very important for the commercial develop of the product. The definitive prototype is certified according to the provisions required by the customer (CE, UL).
